護理臨床教師的使命與傳承與耶穌基督的教學有著顯著的相似性。他們都強調了專業技能的培養、核心價值觀的傳承,以及學生自主學習的重要性。這些共同點突顯了教育中普遍適用的價值觀和原則,這些原則也是作者擔任臨床教師20多年來一直學習遵循的依據,耶穌是我最好的老師;也是所有臨床教師的教師。秉持基督的愛,透過言教與身教,得以在學生心靈深處種下慈愛、同理心和責任感的種子,培育具備療癒能力的護理專業人才。
