主耶穌賦予基督徒的使命是「你們要去，使萬民作我的門徒，奉父、子、聖靈的名給他們施洗」（太28：19），萬民在那裡？他們遠在天邊；也近在眼前。感謝主讓我們成為護理專業人員，深知道所領受的不只是一份職業而已，這份謀生的職業就像摩西的牧杖，代表了身份、影響力、和資源。

 

花蓮護福

 

花蓮區護士福音小組1998年7月在門諾醫院正式成立，十幾年來，護福契友來來去去，聚會的地點也換過好幾次。近幾年，我們在門諾醫院護理部會議室每兩週聚會一次，其中穩定聚會的契友多數是護理主管，人數亦不穩定。2013年9月起，因著護理人力短缺、聚會人數更不穩定，經討論後，決定暫停跨院的經常性聚會，各自在自己的醫院盡力維持院內的護士小組聚會。

 

國軍花蓮醫院

 

從2002年起，院內幾位基督徒姊妹（當中有護理師、復健師、行政人員）利用每週一個中午，彼此團契並齊心為醫院屬靈景況禱告。2014年將團契正式登記成為社團，取名「幸福小站」，目前每週三中午進行小組分享、事工分享及代禱。團契也建立line群組作為溝通平台，若有同事、眷屬、或會友住院，有探訪需要者，即時聯繫，同工兩、三人一組即進行探訪事工。

 

「幸福小站」鼓勵契友成為好員工，在職場上有好的工作表現。曾以社團的名義贈送醫院大型聖誕樹作為醫院門診大廳佈置、贈送特等房油畫作為佈置、認養護理之家的祈禱室佈置，並在護師節、母親節時舉辦門診音樂演奏及福音撒種工作。2014年護理之家開設以後，我們邀請教會志工每隔週六上午，帶領住民進行康樂、職能活動，並探訪住民，給予靈性關懷。2015年因著幸福小站的黃姊妹牧養一群美髮業的姊妹，而發展了至護理之家的義剪活動；同年，退休的前護理部主任陳琛、蔡碧敏姊妹也返院於護理之家開始每週一次說故事、繪畫團體。

 

門諾醫院

 

門諾醫院是座落在東部的一家基督教醫院，在福音的事工及基督徒護理人員信仰的造就上，有比較多的資源。每個護理站都有傳道人關懷病人及護理人員，如果是基督徒護理長，就能與傳道人有更好的配搭，每個月開病房會議，護理長會邀請關懷師，帶領單位唱詩歌、短講、代禱。有時遇需要的病人或家屬，護理長會帶領護理人員為病人唱詩歌，給予靈性關懷。

 

比較常規的活動為：每月一次的護理部禮拜，由護理人員主領，除了敬拜讚美，有時會有生命見證分享；每週一次的核心同工禱告會；每月一次為宣教事工禱告，參加人員除護理人員外，其他職類如醫師、復健師⋯也參與其中。另外每週在醫院大廳有主日午後禮拜，護理人員會鼓勵住院病人及家屬參加，有時護理人員也會參與服事。

 

台東護福

 

台東護福小組於2010年4月開始月聚會，成員主要為部立台東醫院、台東基督教醫院、天主教救星教養院的護理姊妹，內容以使用護福出版的查經材料為主，並彼此分享與代禱。由於有些護理人員要照顧家庭，不易來參加聚會，同工也在週間到私人洗腎診所、護理之家、台東榮民醫院，關懷探訪在其中工作的護理姊妹，利用短暫的工作空檔為她們祝福禱告。2012年3月起，護福與台東成功分院護理之家合作，每月一次在該病房舉行福音小組聚會，持續約二年，後因人事變遷而暫停。

 

護福也曾與台東基督教醫院、台東馬偕醫院配搭，分別舉辦靈性護理專題研習會，並參與東基的護理人員小組、東馬的「以斯帖護理團契」。目前台東護福仍維持每月一次聚會，主要是為護理職場禱告；而護福的理監事團隊，也將計畫繼續走訪台東，關懷堅固護理肢體並與教會醫院連結。

 

Introduction of Nurses Evangelical Fellowship of Taiwan – Eastern Region

The Lord Jesus gave Christians the mission to “goye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teach...: or, make disciples or, Christians of all nations (Matthew 28:19)”. Where are “all nations”? They can be as far away as the end of the world, or as close as right under our noses. Thank God for letting us become nursing professionals, and knowing that we did not receive just a job, but a vocation that brings positive change, influence and resources to society.

 

Eastern Region consists of two parts: Hualien County and Taitung County

 

Hualien County has two main fellowships at Hualien Armed Forces General Hospital and Mennonite Christian Hospital:

 

Hualien Armed Forces General Hospital

 

Since 2002, a weekly lunch time has been meeting to pray for the hospital’s spiritual situation. In 2014, the fellowship was officially registered as a society and was named “The Happiness Station”. The fellowship meets every Wednesday at noon for group sharing, individual sharing and prayers. They have also set up a LINE chat group as a communication method. If anyone in the group, their colleagues or family is sick and requires visiting, the group will get in touch immediately and arrange

a small team to visit.

 

“The Happiness Station” encourages its members to become good employees and deliver quality performance at work. As a society, the members donates a large Christmas tree to the hospital for the main entrance and paintings for the rooms. They also take charge of decorating the prayer room in the nursing home and organizing music performances and gospel sessions on Nurse’s Day and Mother’s Day. After the nursing home was opened in 2014, we invited church volunteers to come in every other Saturday to engage in different activities with the residents and provide spiritual support.

 

Mennonite Christian Hospital

 

Mennonite Hospital is a Christian hospital located on the east coast. It has great resources in establishing evangelical ministry and strengthening the faith of Christian nursing personnel. There is a minister in every nursing station to provide care for the patients and nursing staff. If the head nurse happens to be a Christian, then the minister can be involved even further. For example, the head nurse can invite the minister to monthly meetings to sing with the group, give speeches and lead prayers, or at times, provide spiritual support to the patients and their families.

 

The Nursing Department has a monthly worship that is led by the nursing staff to worship and praise the Lord and share testimonies. There is also a core team prayer group every week and a monthly prayer meeting for the hospital evangelism ministry. In addition, there is a Sunday afternoon service in the hospital lobby every week which is served by the nursing staff and welcomes all patients and their families to attend. 

 

Taitung County’s Christian Nursing Fellowship

 

Taitung Nurses’ Fellowship began its first meeting in April 2010. Members are mainly from Taitung Hospital, Taitung Christian Hospital and Catholic Education and Nursing Institute. They use materials published by the Nurses Fellowship for their Bible studies and share their thoughts and prayers with each other. Some nurses are unable to attend the meeting because of family commitments, so the members take time during the week to visit nursing Christian nursing coworkers at clinics, nursing homes and veteran hospitals to pray with them and provide blessings during their break time.

 

Taitung County’s Christian nursing fellowship has worked with Christian Hospital and Mackay Memorial Hospital to provide spiritual nursing care seminars. The fellowship continues to run on a monthly basis and focuses on praying for the nursing workplace, caring for its members and strengthening the connection between the church and the hospital.
